FirstFold Capital Pvt. Ltd. ("FirstFold Capital," "we," "us") provides corporate advisory services, including M&A advisory, cross-border capital introduction, and corporate redomiciling advisory, for private market transactions.
No SEBI registration. We do not currently hold a Merchant Banker, Investment Adviser, or Research Analyst registration with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Our services are scoped accordingly, and clients acknowledge that SEBI grievance redressal mechanisms are not available for the services described on this Site.
No investment advice. Nothing on this Site constitutes regulated investment, legal, or tax advice, nor is it an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
Advisory and introduction only. FirstFold Capital advises on and facilitates introductions for private market transactions. Where our activity could be construed as facilitating the sale of securities for compensation, we structure our engagements to remain within applicable exemptions from broker-dealer or similar registration requirements, or we do not take transaction-based compensation for that activity. We do not act as a securities broker, dealer, or exchange.

If a summary of a past or current engagement appears on this Site, it has been shared only with the relevant client's consent and in a form that does not disclose confidential or non-public information.
